As a quick guide, take one of your favourite existing t-shirts from your wardrobe - one that you love the fit of, and measure (as per pic below) it to compare with our size-chart above.

Who designs our products?

Our designs are sourced from local, proudly South African brands and designers. We collaborate with the creatives and allow their work to be exhibited and retailed on our online platform for the international shopping community to engage with.

Where are our products produced?

Our Springleap tees are printed under our eagle eye here in Cape Town. The actual garments are sourced from various suppliers, all of whom produce them in various African countries. The products we source from other designers are all produced within South Africa. Some items are bespoke and produced to order, so there may be lead-times. Keep an eye on the product pages for more info.

When will my order arrive?

One can usually expect our art prints and canvases to take up to 14 days (2 weeks) to be delivered. Our T-shirts and scarves are custom printed and may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered – although they often arrive a lot sooner.

Can I track my order?

Ask us to help, but If your order is being delivered within South Africa, then you can track the courier status (we'll send you the reference numbers when the parcel gets shipped.). If you order is being delivered outside of South Africa then it cannot be tracked – unless you have contacted us to arrange a premium courier service for international deliveries.

What is our policy of return and refund?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please drop an email to catherine@springleap.com so that we can organise everything seamlessly for you

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging as well, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return / exchange after inspecting the item.

What is the process for international shipping?

We send via a service called ‘Remailit’. The parcel gets sent safely to Heathrow via courier. At this point, the package is distributed into the mailing system of your country and will ultimately arrive via standard post. This process takes from 5-21 working days, depending on any holidays or any circumstances affecting your postal service. This service is not tracked and there is no recourse for missing / late or lost parcels. We are fully confident about the reliability of this service, but if you’d prefer to use a courier, don’t hesitate to contact us for a separate quotation.
