Who designs our products?

Where are our products produced?

Our Springleap tees are printed under our eagle eye here in Cape Town. The actual garments are sourced from various suppliers, all of whom produce them in various African countries. The products we source from other designers are all produced within South Africa. Some items are bespoke and produced to order, so there may be lead-times. Keep an eye on the product pages for more info.

When will my order arrive?

One can usually expect our art prints and canvases to take up to 14 days (2 weeks) to be delivered. Our T-shirts and scarves are custom printed and may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered – although they often arrive a lot sooner.

Can I track my order?

Ask us to help, but If your order is being delivered within South Africa, then you can track the courier status (we'll send you the reference numbers when the parcel gets shipped.). If you order is being delivered outside of South Africa then it cannot be tracked – unless you have contacted us to arrange a premium courier service for international deliveries.

What is the process for international shipping?

We send via a service called ‘Remailit’. The parcel gets sent safely to Heathrow via courier. At this point, the package is distributed into the mailing system of your country and will ultimately arrive via standard post. This process takes from 5-21 working days, depending on any holidays or any circumstances affecting your postal service.
